I get the impression that if Local Chat was "fixed", the Black Ops class would allow one to farm many more tears than is presently possible.

And FFS dont give those things cov ops cloaks, just make sure they arent worse than their t1 counter parts for fighting. I said "fixed" with quotation marks for a reason. The reason is: I recognise the subject is one open to much debate.
Has any member of Paxton Federation ever used a Black Ops?

And that isnt enough? Really some people here are not getting how useful bridging ships is, why besides BO only the most expensive ships in game could do it. (That is not saying they cant use some boost, but not a cov ops cloak which will just make them being used solo alot more).
You appear to be quoting Sa'Shena well out of context. Sa'Shena was not complaining about what the Black Ops is limited to bridging in, look again:
